
The Festival is open to all instrumentalists, vocalists and chamber ensembles. There is no age limit for participants.

2. Repertoire requirements:
Each participant is allowed to perform a single or several musical compositions within their category’s time limit. Participants are allowed to make appropriate cuts in their pieces to meet the time limit. All solo works must be performed from memory. The use of the score is permitted for instrumental duets and ensembles. There are two Steinway Grand Pianos available for performances of piano concertos and works for two pianos. If the repertoire exceeds 9 minutes, please contact us via email to receive the permission.
Changes in repertoire are permitted before the deadline: May 25, 2023 via email: artemusicamn@gmail.com

4. A non-refundable application fee ($25 for Category 1, $30 for Category 2, and $35 for Category 3) is due with each competed registration form. No application will be considered without receiving an application fee. The application fee can be paid via: Venmo (to: Anton-Melnichenko); Zelle (to: 651-354-7752) or check mailed to the address above.
5. Limits on Enrollment. Only the first 30 applications will be accepted. Complete applications received after a category is full will be placed on a waitlist. If we are not able to admit you, your application fee will be refunded.
